Pinzon's Pint Rules

Can't See Through It

If it's clear, it doesn't count. Haze is not a flaw. It IS the beer. We are unapologetic about this.

DDH or Die

Double Dry Hopped. More hops in the dry hop than most beers have total. Your nose should know before your lips do.

Fresh is Sacred

Hazy IPAs are not wine. They do not improve with age. Drink them within 30 days. Hunt down the can date. This matters.

Tulip Glass Only

The bowl concentrates the aromatics. The rim traps the haze. Drinking a NEIPA from a shaker pint is a war crime.

ABV is a Feature

8%+ isn't a problem. It's a design decision. DIPA means double the hops, double the malt, double the joy.
